Phase 2 - Training (Individual Course: Cylinder Head)

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the structure, function, and maintenance of automotive cylinder heads. Participants will learn how to disassemble, inspect, clean, and overhaul cylinder heads, as well as replace and time essential components such as valves, camshafts, and gaskets. The course covers the tools and techniques required for accurate measurements, valve lapping, leak testing, and component reassembly, ensuring reliable engine performance. By the end of the course, students will be able to apply their skills in practical engine cylinder head maintenance and overhauling.
