Phase 3 - Training (Individual Course: Turbo Charger)

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of turbocharging systems in both light and heavy vehicles. Participants will learn about key components such as turbines, compressors, bearings, and intercoolers, along with their respective functions and operational principles. The course covers various aspects of turbocharger service, including dismantling, inspection, and reassembly, as well as wastegate and blow-off valve operations. Students will also explore turbocharger lubrication, turbo lag, and performance testing. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize turbocharging systems for enhanced engine performance.
