This diesel mechanic training program encompasses 12 work experience modules, providing learners with essential on-the-job expertise. These modules focus on key aspects such as routine scheduled services, engine removal and installation, and repair of vehicle sub-systems. Participants will gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical, electronic control, and hydraulic systems. The program also includes practical training in servicing engines, drive train systems, and steering and suspension components. Learners will develop the skills needed to remove and replace engine and other vehicle sub-system components, ensuring comprehensive competence.
